Would You Do Your Job Better If Your Boss Didn’t Care How You Did It?

If he said this as in "I give you full autonomy or freedom to go creatively about it" as a testimony of trust, then, in my case,100% yes. It will improve my work morale!

If he says it out of carelessness or simply out of "result management" based on caring little for the process as long the result is booked, then I may be hesitant and ask for clear KPI (Key Performance Indicators) on which both my work & result are evaluated. I always try to cover my back!

You should always do your best efforts and work hard despite if the boss care or not at the end improvement will come, good job can’t be hidden for long!

You have always to do your best even your manager cares or not, And someday Allah will give you what you deserve regarding your efforts.

I will do my job  best as I always do as it depends on my loyality and my self confidence but I would rather prefer that my boss cares.

First we all work regardless any one watch us , otherwise we can work on Unlegal Jobs in order to get money, by sequence as long we hierd to any company or someone then we MUST work in order to get paid every month and not trying to hide in order not to make you Job but even more you must know the way to ADD VALUE in your field as no one will stay in his / her Job any time as we all re-allocate in different places.

I will find out my mistakes, weaknesses if any, get corrected those & engage in my work more posively.

Every one ll say surely i ll stick with my professionalism  But in reality only20 to30 % ll do that. i have experienced when i am away from my office no one take job seriously. It all depends how honest and loyal they are. 

Will surely make an attempt.
