There could be many reasons for traffic drop. Below are some points which could be the reason:
1- Your product pages started to drop in search engine due to some issues
2- Your SMM campaign is not effective and user engagement started to decline
3- There may be some duplicate content or bad links pointing to your website.
There could be some other reasons, which can only be identified through website on page or off page audit.

Example : An attack to my a [VB] forum plugin that redirect users who are coming from search engine to list of portals make this forum traffic decrease by more than35 % , as user serach for proudct in this forum and its redirect to another place , you lose this user and you lose all users came from any search engine.
@Maalik Muhamad, gave a very nice technical answer. However, you might be experiencing this due to bad strategy positioning on the web. To generate a good trafic you have to be visible in most search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, AstaVista etc. and be positioned in the top10 when it comes to search tearms that match your business.
Possible problems could be not enaugh hash tags, not enaugh extarnal trafic from websites or platforms such as FaceBook, poor marketing, new compatitiors, lack of google credit and so on.
