How likely are you to be offered a job when speaking only English if you are going to be dealing with the public?

I believe you should be able to get a job, but be willing to take the chance and learn the language.

Will it's depend on country for instance in uae english is must because there is a lot of tourist, expatriate and it's also a growing country. furthermore english is universal language so I can it's very likely.

It all depends in the geographical area your are seeking employment. If it is the UAE  your  chances are great as most of the public speaks English.it all depends where.

Depending on the area, you are fairly well ranked with proficient english - However, bilinguals, triliguals or people with more advantages will ofcourse be better positioned. 

Depands on the place where you are applying for -If you are applying in company in which its authority from a perticuler community they will surely prefer candidates talking their language also. But still we can 

wait a next offer coming to us because a hope for the best never ends...

I asume english is ok for countries where it is widely spoken but let's be honest, it is always nice to be assisted in our own language...
