How do you judge people? Do you judge them by the opinion of others?

BY SEEING THEM AND SHAKING HANDS ,,, IF THEY LOOK GOOD MEANS GOD HAS MADE THEM ALMOST PERFECT OR CLOSE TO IT ,, if they do not suit your eyes and you feel some deficiency , means they are not fit,,, this management / judgement was told me by my grand father,,, mind it he was not MBA but he managed almost50,000 people population city for40 years.

One can only make an opinion by the opinions of others. Judging will be by what you see and hear yourself.

I judge people by actions and their results .not actions by itself, i wait for results.

This is a tricky question in today's global world, depending on whether you judge a person for social or business purposes.  Definitely not. The opinions of others can sometimes be formed out of lesser attributes such as jealousy or "hearsay". The only way to form an opinion is out of personal contact and experience with an open mind and an open heart.
