About dss+

At dss+, you don’t just deliver projects - you help save lives, improve performance, and build a more sustainable future.
We are a purpose-led global consultancy partnering with organisations in high-risk and asset-intensive industries to solve complex operational challenges across safety, operational excellence, and sustainability.
With a heritage rooted in DuPont’s industrial operations, we combine deep expertise, practical problem-solving, and digital innovation to deliver measurable and lasting impact for our clients.

Why This Role

This role focuses on leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes, driving delivery across safety, operational risk, and organisational change initiatives.
You will play a critical leadership role in shaping programme direction, defining priorities, and mobilising client teams to deliver outcomes at pace.

Your Impact at dss+

You will lead and coordinate a large-scale transformation programme, ensuring alignment and progress across multiple workstreams while driving ownership within the client organisation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead programme delivery across key workstreams, ensuring alignment, pace, and measurable outcomes

  • Define clear priorities, actions, and expectations for client stakeholders, proactively driving delivery rather than waiting for instruction

  • Establish robust programme governance, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies across all workstreams

  • Provide clear and structured progress reporting to senior stakeholders, ensuring visibility and accountability

  • Engage across client departments to mobilise resources, remove barriers, and drive execution

Core Workstreams

  • Phase 2 and 3 transformation initiatives across safety and operational improvement

  • Organisation-wide risk awareness training delivery, including optimisation of booking and scheduling processes

  • Enhancements to reporting systems (e.g. Synergy) to support critical risk visibility and decision-making

  • Internal communications to reinforce programme objectives and behavioural change

  • Coaching and capability development for support staff and key stakeholders

Who You Are

You bring strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments. You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, driving alignment, and delivering results across multiple workstreams.

You are an experienced programme or project manager with a strong background in operational transformation, capable of leading change within large, distributed organisations. You take ownership, define direction, and actively drive delivery through others.

Experience

  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes or complex project portfolios

  • Experience in operational risk, safety is a must

  • Track record of working across multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams

  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving organisational change

Capabilities

  • Strong programme leadership and delivery management skills

  • Ability to define priorities, structure delivery, and drive execution proactively

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability

  • Strong communication and reporting skills, including executive-level updates

  • Ability to work independently and operate effectively within client environments

Education & Languages

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is required

Mobility

  • Willingness to work on client sites and travel as required

  • Availability for freelance/contract-based engagement
