Position Summary

• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Assist in month end closing
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Assist with other projects as needed
• Coordinate the communication between the accounting functions in Europe and internal & external parties

Your Background

• Min. 3 year experience of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• University diploma required
• E-invoice, E-ledger experience is a plus
• Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
• Proficient in Excel , SAP experience is preferred
• Good command in English
