Requirements:
• Strong technical ability and experience as a Product Person, ideally in a related field
• Proven record of delivering successful products by going through all phases of the product lifecycle
• Good knowledge of agile software development practices
• Excellent communication, decision-making and trouble shooting skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced international environment
• Experience in prioritizing demands and negotiating timelines
• Be able to motivate the team with a clear goal
• Self-starter and self-disciplined as well as being a team player
• Fluency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
• Understand end user needs by retrieving feedbacks and translate feedbacks into detailed product requirements
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Produce the release plan and get the approval of stakeholders together with the product team
• Test ideas with users measure the impact of newly released features
• Identify and validate new feature ideas through experimentation and data, making clear decisions on priority and roadmap.
• Leading projects end-to-end to monitor relevant metrics
• Assist development team by providing clear and unambiguous specifications to enable them to produce optimal solutions
• Support QA team and UX/UI design
