Role Highlights:


  • Maintain and improve existing MLOps and machine learning pipelines written in Python.
  • Develop, debug, and optimize computer vision and deep learning workflows.
  • Work with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Work with model deployment technologies such as ONNX or TensorRT.
  • Develop and maintain image processing components using OpenCV.
  • Design, execute, and document experiments to evaluate new computer vision and machine learning approaches.
  • Analyze experimental results and prepare clear technical reports and recommendations.
  • Optimize model training, inference, and deployment workflows.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and researchers to integrate improvements into production systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues across data processing, model training, and inference pipelines.
  • Stay informed about recent developments in computer vision and machine learning research.

Unique Strengths You Bring to the Table:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Experience with OpenCV.
  • Experience with at least one major deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with ONNX or TensorRT.
  • Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, deep learning, and computer vision techniques.
  • Experience designing and evaluating experiments using sound scientific methodology.
  • Ability to analyze results and communicate findings clearly in written reports.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development practices.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
  • Strong ownership mindset with disciplined follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Passion for being a part of a fast-growing BaaS company.

Would Be Nice If You Have:


  • Experience with MLOps tools and automation.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with GPU-accelerated training and inference.
  • Experience optimizing neural network performance and deployment.
  • Experience with Keras and KerasCV.
  • Knowledge of image classification, object detection, segmentation, OCR, or visual embeddings.
  • Experience reading and implementing ideas from academic research papers.
  • Experience with Go.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
  • Have knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 and act as required by these systems. (*)
