Controlling Specialist
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Supporting local Budget and Forecasting processes with attention to deadlines while collaborating with other departments and ensuring data quality and the methodology used follows the Vaillant Group Guidelines,
- Accurate and timely accounting, reporting and controlling processes,
- Taking an active role in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely, accurate, comparable and reliable financial figures,
- Supporting the annual 5 year business plan process in order to set mid and long term objectives of Region Turkey,
- Providing detailed financial analysis and transparency for decision-making process with preparation and support of management reports and presentations,
- Assisting and conducting market based profitability analysis of all product groups, closely monitoring pricing actions through margin follow-up and support decisions with cost analysis,
- Providing monthly “Accounting topics” to ensure transparency of financials to Group function, and controlling of investment decisions and contribute to capital expenditures (CAPEX) workflow.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, and related fields),
- Excellent command of the English language is an asset,
- 3 to 4 years of experience in controlling, financial reporting, or financial audit departments,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team player, attentive to deadlines, good communication skills, attention to detail,
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in SAP (FI/CO)/BW would be an advantage.
