A new area within Accenture Digital is Industry X, an advanced, digitally enabled, innovative, planning and investment approach for manufacturing and asset-intensive industries. In your role within our Industry X team, you’ll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves into the core of industry in product development and manufacturing environments. You’ll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product-related services value chains in Products, Communications, Media, High Tech, Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities. Job Description:
- Acting as local business responsible of Accounts Payable and Time&Expense
- Being Vendor Contact – Regular communication with vendors, if required
- Being Employee Contact for AP related Topics
- Good Communication with Auditors
- Vendor Reconciliations
- Account Reconciliations for USGAAP GLs
- Processing the Invoices Related with AP
- Weekly/Monthly Vendor Aging
- Following Payments for Vendor/Employee advances
- Month-End Control Over Open Items/Invoices, Preparation of Month End Accruals
- Declaration of BA / BS report
- Follow-up for Local Bank Transactions and Postings on SAP
- Processing Employee Insurances
- Completion of Turkish Statistical Institution (TUIK) Requests
- Being a Supporting Teammate for the Areas Responsible for
- Supporting team for ad-hoc topics based on USGAAP or Turkish Chart of Accounts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics and related disciplines
- 1-2 years experience in finance and/or accounting (Multinational and/or audit company experience is preferred)
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Powerful analytical & problem solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks, deal with competing demands, and self-manage day-to-day activities
- Pro-activeness, willingness to learn new tasks and accounting skills
