Role Highlights:


  • Establish and maintain long term relationships with several customer accounts while acting as the first point of contact,
  • Providing support to customers regarding the use of products and services.
  • Coordinating with relevant teams to address the issues encountered by customers and ensure resolution.
  • Contribute to product development funnel by acquiring customer feedbacks and new feature requests.
  • Acting as a bridge between technical teams, sales, and customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Closely work with management, operations, support, and R&D teams.

Unique Strengths You Bring to the Table:


  • 2+ years hands-on experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role.
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing BaaS company.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business fluency in English (speaking and writing).
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Solid experience with MS Office applications.
  • Conflict and stress management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to team dynamics.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Solution-oriented and proactive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fast learning and adaptability.

Would Be Nice If You Have:


  • Proficiency in Russian is a big plus.
  • Experience in technology, software, or SaaS companies.
  • Have knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 and act as required by these systems. (*)

(*): Vispera will provide relevant trainings, in case of a need if the personnel havent got these trainings, after the recruitment within 3 months.
