As an Engineer, R&D Software Engineering, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting software solutions that power Clario's innovative products. Working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, you'll contribute to product architecture, deliver high-quality software, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications across multiple platforms while adhering to established development standards and best practices.


  • Collaborate with software engineers, quality engineers, and technical leaders to deliver high-quality software within an agile development environment.


  • Contribute to software architecture, code reviews, and technical discussions to promote maintainable, scalable, and secure solutions.


  • Partner with Software Quality Engineering to maximize automated testing and integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle.


  • Support product enhancements, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve Clario products and development processes.


What We Look For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.


  • Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience.


  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using modern software engineering principles.


  • Experience using source code management systems and work item tracking tools.


  • Solid understanding of software engineering methodologies, design patterns, and the software development lifecycle.


  • Experience with unit testing and designing maintainable, testable code.


  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute to complex technical initiatives in a collaborative environment.


  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.


  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.


  • Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-based software solutions is considered an advantage.


  • Basic understanding of software risk management practices.


  • Ability to work on-site in Ankara, Türkiye.
