• Manage and execute day-to-day financial operations of foreign subsidiaries (https://www.lolaflora.com.mx) including cashflow management, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Manage all meetings and communications with tax consultants in Mexico and the Netherlands
• Coordinate workflow of foreign subsidiaries' tax declaration processes and provide relevant datasets to foreign tax consultants
• Develop and implement efficient financial reporting processes to provide timely and accurate financial information to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Analyze financial trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, MBA or relevant certification is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations, accounts payable or any other accounting preferably within one of the Big Four audit firms.
• Spanish is a plus
• Fluent english is a must for effective communications with foreign consultants
• Proven experience in financial operations and reporting
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
