Testing using OTT applications and IPTV clients provided by the customer during both IAT & UAT phases for verification of the newly deployed platform software version upgrades/patches and system component servers.
And clarifying new test scenarios internally with responsible parties to form new testing procedures that fit the tasks. Outputting test procedure and knowledge sharing documents for future use by the project members.
FRS and other similar specification documents to write, modify, and update test cases that match the quality requirements of the projects.
Test support during night operations for software and/or servers to be taken live and verifying the service works as expected.
Service check and configuration verification on test and production environments when a specific requirement or scenario occurs.
Closely with customer, retaining a good communication with them to easily understand their requirements and to ensure the smooth execution of UATs.
