We are looking for an enthusiastic Jr. Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team to help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Running and optimizing marketing campaigns on all channels, such as Facebook, Google, and other ad networks,
• Identify opportunities to improve existing campaigns, investigate fresh and creative concepts across various marketing channels, utilize targeting and personalization data effectively, and create automated solutions,
• Contributing to the planning, creation, and administration of marketing campaigns,
• Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and optimizing accordingly,
• Creating campaign structure, maintaining and monitoring of campaign performance,
• Collaborating closely with marketing teams to create advertisements.
  

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree,
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken is a plus,
• Eagerness, innovative and result-oriented mindset,
• Ability to multitask and prioritize,
• A can-do approach and strong problem-solving ability,
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment,
• Ability to manage stress effectively,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
