Job Title: Key Account Manager


We are committed to providing innovative flexible packaging products that help our clients achieve their goals and stay ahead of the competition. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.


Job Description:


As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. Your role will be critical in ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to deliver exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and concerns.
  • Understand the unique requirements of each client and align our products/services to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and provide timely updates to clients on the progress.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance, identify areas of improvement, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Handle any escalated issues or complaints from clients, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the clients' confidence in our company.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the flexible packiging domain.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing key client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' businesses and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
