• Serve as the primary contact point for physical security requirements for our locations in Istanbul & Middle East
•  Define and update security concepts for the site
• Consult and support the site management in all questions regarding physical Security
• Enable, support and monitor the internal security operations providers in order to ensure an effective implementation of defined measures
• Conduct audits to check and improve the implementation of measures
• Prepare threat assessments, security analysis and intelligence documents
• Establish and maintain liaison with local administration and law enforcement agencies to ensure the timely flow of intelligence and threat which may impact the security of personnel and operations
• Support the continuous improvement process and share best practices within the worldwide security organization
• Support the head of department regarding strategic security dialogues with the management
• Conduct security investigations at the site and support security investigations in Turkey & Middle East
• Develop awareness materials and conduct awareness training
• Takes care about Travel Security in his area of responsibility
• Active support in crisis management

• Relevant security experience in industrial security management
•  Academic education or certification in Security or Risk Management
• Certificate according Law on Private Security Services No 5188
• Experience in private security investigations
• Experience in security risk management
• Experience with private security companies and contractors
• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of national security issues (e.g. organized crime, grand theft, etc.)
• Communication skills for explaining complex security concerns and policies to senior management, employees, contractors
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish, German is a plus
• System thinking and good analytical skills
• Crisis management experience and skills.
