BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach in the area, including ensuring competence and competence development. 

·Ensuresefficientlogisticsandsupply processes, including safe workingmethodsinternallyatBorgWarner. 

·Ensure and follow up that the teams are continuously working and improving KPIs and checkpoints in safety, quality, productivity and cost. 

·Participates in SCM meetings and follow-ups. Closecollaborationwithotherfunctionswithinrelated processes. 

·Followanddeveloptheroutines, instructions, policies, rules and processes thatexistwithintheframeworkoftheareaofresponsibilityandensurethatthe team does thesame. 

·Withintheprocess, youactivelyparticipate in, allocateresourcesorinitiatenewprojects. 

·Lead andcoordinatetheintroductionofnewwork processes andsystemsupport.

·Financial follow-up in the area, delivering documentation to the budget process

·Experiences and skills

·Several years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry and is used to working with large material flows. You have a post-secondary/academic education, preferably in Supply Chain. 

·Youhaveextensiveexperienceofworking in business systemsandgenerallygoodcomputerskills. 

·As a person, you are anexperienced leader withtheability to organize, manageandengage. The role placesdemandsonyourability to communicateclearlyandeffectivelyat a highpaceofwork. 

·You can expressyourselffluentlybothorallyand in writing in bothTurkishandEnglish.

·To succeed in this role, youneed to besolution-orientedandservice-oriented. Beingresponsibleisalsoanimportantpersonaltrait.
