Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor Maintenance to join our team and support the Colors & Flavors businesses in Turkey. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and add value onsite in the office.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and schedule work of maintenance staff, mechanics and engineers. Supervise work progress and inspect on completion
• Ensure maintenance rules and procedures are followed at all times
• Identify deficiencies or upgrades required in areas of responsibility and assist in start-up of new capital equipment
• Manage essential spare inventory to ensure long lead time parts and supplies are in stock preventing down time
• Issue required purchase requisitions for parts and supplies, keeping within budgetary guidelines 

What you’ll bring: 

• Ideally 5+ years of maintenance experience (previous supervisor experience preferred)
• Result and solution oriented with strong communication skills.
• Safety & quality focused
