Air Liquide Turkey’s Sales and Marketing team is a high performance and dynamic department, focused on boosting sales growth in Turkey. This role will carry out marketing activities to support that target and report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director.
You will also be required to reach out to / collaborate closely with regional / global marketing units/teams.
Boost brand awareness among target audiences, both on digital and offline channels.
Focus on tracking and improving social media content and performance (reach, impressions, mentions and overall engagement rate - likes, shares, comments, clicks)
Track and improve website traffic and engagement on a monthly basis, sometimes focusing on specific pages driven by marketing communication campaigns. Your key metrics will be conversion rate, lead generation and customer acquisition cost.
Take Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to the next level: Improve search engine rankings on specific keywords.
Launch, manage and track performance of digital ad campaigns across relevant platforms.
Use events and promotions with impact: Identify relevant events for your target audience (fairs, conferences, sponsorships, webinars, promotional products) and organise Air Liquide’s effective presence.
Bachelor's Degree from reputable universities
2-3 years experience in marketing / marketing communications
Must have skills:
Experience working on SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Autonomy, ability to make suggestions and try new ideas
Proficiency in English (ability to participate in English language meetings)
Nice to have:
Experience managing digital agency relationship and visual briefs
Experience using Google Analytics and content management systems (CMS) (Hootsuite would be a plus)
Experience managing implementation of Google Ads, Meta Ads and other providers to drive conversion.
