What You’ll Be Doing?


  • Analyze key operational metrics of GetirGetirsin network including optimizing workflows and minimizing costs.
  • Understand how our product works and diagnose different business shortcomings derived from any possible reason – product, restaurants, riders or customer.
  • Dedicate self to improve relationship of riders with customers, restaurants and Getir
  • Have a data minded approach and constructively criticize the current way of doing things.
  • Determine opportunities for improvement and act swiftly partnering with the Product, Data, algorithm teams.
  • Follow real time data and dynamically take precautions and actions to solve possible crises.
  • Own optimization and execution by running tests and measuring the impact of changes continuously.
  • Separate the essential from non-essential and strive for automatization of the process whenever logical.
  • Produce regular dynamic reporting on standard operational metrics.
  • Protect Getir brand and ensure all team members meet personal presentation standards.
  • Analyze first, action second! Proven track record for analytical skills
  • Strive for 100% precision and optimization.
  • Monitoring daily operation end to end. Determining problems and raising flag for this problems to operation development team.
  • Ability to work according to monthly shift schedule
  • Awareness about problem, working as a proactively and informing related teams about the problem before problems accour

 


 What You’ll Bring?


  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience, in a role where you designed or optimized operational processes and conducted analyses for solving business problems.
  • Good knowledge of MS excel and experience in interpreting complex data.
  • Amazing observation skills to identify pain points.
  • An analytical mindset. Here you analyze first, act second.
  • Resilience
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional management. You’ll work together with really cool teams.
  • Be a constant learner who learns, unlearns and relearns.
  • An appetite for getting stuff done, taking matters into your own hands (literally) when necessary.
  • Not a “can do” mindset, but rather a “will do” mindset.
  • Crisis Management; You will be responsible for any crisis which ones effect operation.
