About the role


As the Payroll Specialist in TMF Group, you will be responsible for providing a world class service to our clients in Turkey. The successful candidate will have good understanding of local payroll legislation and will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processes to a portfolio of assigned clients.


Key responsibilities


  • Providing services to small-size clients under minimum supervision and to medium-size client under close supervision;
  • Filing of the clients’ documentation;
  • Collecting of all necessary information from the client on time
  • Responsible for accurate entry of source information into payroll software.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is filed on time and accurately with the relevant Turkish authorities (Social Security Institution)
  • Working in compliance with all company procedures and related standards of work;
  • Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

About you


Ideally you are meeting following criteria:


  • Bachelor’s degree (Economy, management, mathematics, econometrics);
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet payroll deadlines;
  • Excellent communications skills to interact with clients and explain payroll related matters effectively;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders
