About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of finance, business processes, and technology within the ERP organization, works closely with cross-functional teams to translate financial requirements and IFRS standards into scalable system solutions, and bridges the gap between finance and IT to drive operational efficiency and transformation initiatives.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Analyze finance processes, financial flows, and IFRS-driven business requirements, ensuring they are accurately translated into ERP solutions.
• Ensure proposed process designs and system solutions comply with IFRS principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand, analyze, and improve end-to-end finance processes.
• Evaluate business requirements from financial, operational, and process perspectives.
• Participate in finance transformation and ERP initiatives by representing finance process requirements.
• Collaborate with ERP analysts and development teams to ensure finance requirements are implemented accurately.
• Assess process changes by evaluating their financial, operational, and system impacts.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities and sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate alignment across finance, business, and technology teams.
• Support backlog refinement by ensuring business requirements are well-defined and prioritized.
• Participate in UAT and business validation activities.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation initiatives from a finance process perspective.

Qualities We're Looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and financial reporting principles is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional experience in Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting, Financial Controlling, or similar finance functions.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and end-to-end financial flows.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate financial and operational impacts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience participating in finance transformation, ERP, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience working in agile or backlog-driven environments is preferred.
• Exposure to UAT and business validation activities is preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
