RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conducting analysis and design activities with customers
• Applying technical expertise to identify, and design to improve productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risks, resolve complex issues.
• Data structure and template design
• Data integration and process flow design
• Detailed technical design of business requirements
• Controlling of developed ICRON project/product accordance with technical design, and meeting customer requirements during internal UAT process
• Conducting user support, guidance, training
• Conduct business and customer knowledge transfer to support after project closure

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable university
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams
• Highly skilled in analytical thinking / problem solving
• Ability to travel and have valid driving license
