First point of contact in site for technical topics related to engineering and maintenance.
Technical responsible and/or leader in major investment projects (building, equipment, utilities…) Actively participates in design and application of these projects, working together with Kluber Munich (KLM) and European Production Network (EPN) Engineering Teams.
Initiates and leads improvement projects, inline with Operational Excellence (OpEx) strategy.
Represents Kluber Turkey in European Production Network’s Maintenance organization; applies best practices from sister plants, and shares best practices.
Coordinates maintenance and equipment improvement activities with suppliers and shopfloor team.
Prepares periodic maintenance plans and spare parts lists. Follows up execution of these plans, and ensures spare part stocks are at an adequate level.
Champions TPM, Process Automation and Machine Safety concepts.
Successfully completed studies in engineering or comparable practical activity.
Experience in mechanical projects and project management is required; building and/or electrical projects experience on top is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English
