Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform project management activities to ensure successful implementation of ICRON products within agreed scope, cost and timeline targets
• Track progress of tasks in the projects and controlling realizations
• Manage project goals
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns
• Conduct weekly status meetings with customer and internal project teams
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Keep internal PM system up to date based on project progress, realizations and milestones
• Prepare project status/progress reports monthly
• Keep project management tools and procedures up to date
• Follow-up project invoicing
• Support contract management
• Support change request management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university (Master's degree is a plus)
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software engineering projects or ERP projects (PMP Certificate is a plus)
• Experience with project managements and reporting tools (e.g., MS Projects, Microsoft TFS, Jira, and/or Microsoft Power BI)
• MS Office knowledge is highly desirable 
• Having result-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills 
• Good written communication skills
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
• Open to travel within country or abroad
