A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

Responsibilities

• Developing and planning learning and development strategies for overall strategic vision, mission and objectives of the organization.
• Providing online and face-to-face trainings to field sales teams
• Identify training and development needs for the region and develop annual training & development plan accordingly.
• Managing the design and delivery of strategic leadership and talent development programs.
• Implement and adopt various learning methods company-wide (e.g. coaching, mentoring, online training) aligning to business metrics and objectives.
• Evaluate training programs and processes for their overall effectiveness.
• Build and manage relationships with external training suppliers.
• Manage the training budget for the organisation and source cost effective solutions.

Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales department focused training and development activities
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• To have experience in internal training and coaching.
• Result oriented, strong planning and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast pace multi-cultural team environment
• Strong ability to interact with all levels of management and employees
• Good knowledge of MS Office Programs
• No travel restriction
