Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your HR management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, supportive, and dynamic teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace culture and fostering an environment where employees can thrive. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Finance, Operations, and Administration), implementing strategic HR initiatives, managing the HR teams and the HR change management for the transition of the site through Alstom processes and much more.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Partner to managers by providing proactive, valued-added input related to their business needs,
  • Providing guidance and support to management on HR-related matters,
  • Leading HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance,
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits plans, lead cost and HR budget,
  • Managing talent acquisition processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent,
  • Overseeing employee on boarding and training programs to promote a culture of learning,
  • Administering performance review systems to support employee growth and organizational objectives,
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations,
  • Facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment,
  • Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and report to senior leadership, ensuring data quality
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR practices and programs

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities,
  • Capacity for strategic thinking and problem-solving,
