Our organization delivers Traveler Capabilities in the Creation Platform to all the business units to improve the Traveler Experience thanks to traveler-centric solutions. Our organization is involved in key ongoing and new projects at the business units' crossroads.

In the department, you will work in a rich environment with diverse functional and technical challenges. You will work closely with Fast Data and Big Data Platform, delivering Traveler microservices, and building Machine Learning predictive models to provide insight on travelers and ease personalization throughout the Amadeus journey.

Mission & Purpose

Our Customer Experience Service team is focused on two main aspects:

*Delivering new Traveler Capabilities on the Amadeus Creation Platform, (microservices in JAVA to consolidate traveler data with other domain data like PNR, Ticketing, etc.; Microsoft Azure connectors allowing to push the consolidated traveler-centric data from the creation platform to our business partners like Adobe, Microsoft, and AWS; APIs in C++ allowing to ingest data from our business partners; etc.)

*Delivering T-DNA product evolution on existing features to maintain high-level customer satisfaction and product adoption (OBE world; C++, migration to Azure).

Common accountabilities:

Works autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies, takes standard decisions, and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature.​

Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior level roles or managers, with regular monitoring of the status of the assignments.​

May have specialized formal education or the equivalent work experience and have the required technical and functional skills and basic knowledge of the business.

Specific accountabilities:
● Analyse specifications

Define user requirements for the development of new (or upgrade of existing) software solutions.

● Design systems and code

Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies.

Propose viable technical solutions to Product Management and/or users for validation.

Develop software according to Amadeus standards.

Model, design, and implement databases.

● Test and maintain the software

Conduct unit, package, and performance tests and ensure a level of quality in line with the Amadeus guidelines.

Participate in the validation phase of the product cycle, fine-tuning when necessary to finalize the product.

Support the customer by debugging existing solutions in collaboration with the Product Manager or Product Definition Analyst

● Document your work

Produce software documentation necessary for the application and issue it to the requesting departments.
