Technical Service Engineer

       This role is a competent contact person for demanding technical application advice and technical service from internal and external customers .

• It advises and supports internal departments on issues with the relevant product(s), is involved in research, pre-development and product development projects in cooperation with relevant departments;

  
  

• It develops new innovative applications for the product(s), continuously monitors the global market ,technological trends, product requirements and competitive activities;

  
  

• Self-initiative to build up appropriate technical expertise in the field  of Lubrication 

  
  

• Work independently for  service work, such as project startup, installation, regular maintenance and customer’s training etc;

  
  

• Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving.

  
  

• Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity during service trip;

  
  

• Cooperate and assist service sales in quotation / service contract preparation process.

  
  

• Working closely with sales team to ensure the customer satisfaction

  
  

• Provide technical and quality feedback to the Supervisor according to customer’s feedback;

  
  

• Works closely with sales  team to meet customer’s needs during commissioning and implementation

  
  

• Provide technical feedback to the project management according to customer’s feedback;

  
  

• Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report.

  
  

• On site phsiycal working for Klüber Services for industires like Cement, Steel, Mining.

  
  

• Graduated in engineering (preferably; Mechanical, Metallurgical Materials)

  
  

• Min. 3-4  years of experience in the technical field is a must

  
  

• Mathematical skills and be able to use related computer programs which is needed for technical theorical calculations

  
  

• Very good communication skills in English

  
  

• No travel restrictions

  
  

• For male candidates, completed military service

  
  

• Having driving license

  
  

• Located in Ankara
