Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Preparing and reporting monthly, annual and periodic sales data
• Management of monthly, quarterly and annual sales and budget targets
• Management of customer order system and process
• Management of stakeholder-oriented demands with pharmaceutical warehouses
• Management and ownership of customer sales and product distribution automation
• Management of customer SAP order process
• Management of system integration between internal systems and pharmaceutical warehouses systems.
• Ensuring commercial procedure updates and internal compliance
• Analysing and interpreting customer market share and dynamics
• Ensuring commercial relations coordination with the global organization
• Coordination of delivery operations
• Management of saleable product stock at maximum efficiency with supply chain team
• Management of product and customer master file
• Management of financial audit processes
• Creating and managing collaborations with Sales-Marketing and other functions
• Creating insights and producing proactive guidance and strategies through market analysis and competition monitoring.
• Ensuring full implementation of company procedures and competition law in all business processes and reporting non-conformities
