Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Providing support in the management of contract administration processes.
• Reviewing various legal documents and contracts, and proposing necessary modifications.
• Conducting legal correspondence and follow-up.
• Assisting the consulting attorney in conducting legal risk analysis for the company.
• Actively participating in the coordination of the company’s legal processes.
