YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility of end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine demand and requirement
- Source and recruit candidates using various sources
- Execute the pre-screening and screening activities
- Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case studies, reference checks etc.
- Update all recruitment process on the Applicant Tracking System
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree
- Min. 5 years recruitment experience especially business or strategy or logistics related positions
- Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention
- Able to create various candidate resource, detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Have strong analytical skills to measure candidates and follow the recruitment funnel accurately
