YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsibility of end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine demand and requirement
  • Source and recruit candidates using various sources
  • Execute the pre-screening and screening activities
  • Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case studies, reference checks etc.
  • Update all recruitment process on the Applicant Tracking System

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree
  • Min. 5 years recruitment experience especially business or strategy or logistics related positions
  • Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention
  • Able to create various candidate resource, detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Have strong analytical skills to measure candidates and follow the recruitment funnel accurately
