The Team


The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. The Position


Wholesale Area Manager is accountable for maximizing sales performance and the effective development and execution of the business plan, P&L operation to support the continuous growth and success of PVH Turkey within budget and guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Take full ownership of the district/area and its commercial success


  • Ensure all established VM guidelines and sales standards are consistently executed and maintained in the stores while driving a service and selling culture in the district and SIS areas


  • Analyze relevant data to explore and challenge the status quo with both Boyner partners and store managers


  • Spend focused time on the sales floor during store visits to determine sales improvement opportunities and to coach the SIS & stores Boyner personnel to increase their stores’ sales, productivity, and profitability


  • Facilitate the effective and timely delivery and execution of Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product training materials in the stores


  • Grant a minimum of 4 days per week to completing store visits and ensure all stores in the district are visited at least once per month


  • Ensure compliance with established PVH policies, procedures, initiatives and directives, conduct performance and potential management tools for store employees


  • Assess and make recommendations to improve the commercial viability and availability of products for the district’s stores


  • Create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance and giving appropriate and prompt feedback


  • Follow-up on competitors and frequently report on their activities – In depth market mapping and competitors analysis


  • Manage campaigns and promotions within district’s stores


  • Ensure product availability, flag best/slow movers, initiate stock transfers and coordinate with Boyner merchandising team on replenishment needs


  • Follow-up on in-season product performance and provide necessary feedback for purchase plans


The Ideal Candidate


  • University Degree in economics or related fields


  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role or in a Store Manager role within a structured and fast paced environment in the fashion industry


  • Business acumen and analytic mindset are required


  • Making Informed Decisions and communicate with impact across all levels within the organization and with Consumers


  • You will build great relationships with teams to Inspire Trust and use your stakeholder management skills to Collaborate to Win


  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace


  • You have excellent negotiation skills, always backing yourself with data & insights


  • Proficient with Office applications with advanced Excel skills


  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)


  • Ability to travel at least 85% of your time
