Job Summary:

Attend to all audio visual related tasks, CCTV and TV satellite systems, planned and routine maintenance including repairing of equipment. Expected to respond to calls from the Shift in-charge and Engineering Help desk to assist with guest apartments and public area related works.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 To follow-up the routine servicing schedule and maintain audio visual and all other electronic
equipment to highest standards.
 Service and maintain conference facility equipment as per the schedule.
 Check and ensure the performance of conference facility equipment at least 24 hours prior to the conference.
 To assist conference guests in their needs during the event.
 To maintain the SMATV system and ensure the signals clarity is acceptable.
 To assist in-house guests in their needs.
 Coordinate with outside companies and contractors.
 Advise Engineering Shift in-charge on day to day operations/defects through the relevant log sheet and verbally as well.
 Perform any other duties assigned by the Shift in-charge/ Chief Engineer.
