Job overview



Responsible for reviewing, communicating, and managing penthouse leads effectively. Ensure updates, prevent lead wastage, and oversee assignments for WhatsApp, email, and call leads. Monitor daily activities, prevent fraudulent practices, and perform other lead-related tasks for optimal utilisation. Additionally, main point of contact and provide administrative support related to Listing, Conveyancing and Document Control Department.

Responsibilities



CRM / Leads:



Review every single lead to make sure that it is properly attended and updated. This includes “no answer leads” and ensure that agent have the plan activity and feedback. Directly communicate with salespeople through WhatsApp to make sure that they are working on leads. Check All junk leads marked by agents daily to make sure that none of the lead get wasted. Check all WhatsApp leads daily to make sure all are in the system and assigned. Check all email leads to make sure it’s in the system and assigned. Add & assign call leads and make sure it’s properly assigned. Ensure that all leads are managed as per the company standards. Prepare leads reports as required by the management. Other leads related activities i.e. reassigning, reshuffling.See all

Listing Support:



Gather properties and details from agents to be listed. Coordinate with Listing team to ensure the properties are listed in the CRM accurately and on time. Update the management and agents on the status of the listings. Main point of contact of all reports required related to listings. Providing administrative support as needed.

Conveyancing Support:



Assist agents by making contract and documents (MOU & others) for clients and submit the paperwork to the Conveyancing Department for processing. Organise and monitor proper filing system of the documents pertaining to sales and rentals. Liaise with Conveyancing team on the progress of property resale and required documentation throughout the entire process. Main point of contact of all conveyancing related questions or queries.

Document Control Support:



Daily updating of google sheet tracker for all closed deals, cancelled deals, commission update and pending deals tracker. Gather all mandatory documents and ensure all requirements are accurate and complete for all closed deals. Submit all documents to the Document Control team and ensure to get status of each closed deal. Provide updates to the management and agents. Attend to all concerns raised by the agents related to commission splits, payout questions and other DC related issues / questions.

What we are looking for



Previous experience in a real estate or similar industry is preferred. Experience in using CRM systems for lead management. Familiarity with real estate transactions and processes. Understanding of the UAE real estate market and principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Has completed bachelor’s degree; additional qualifications in Real Estate is a plusSee all
