As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Affiliate Specialist to join our team and support the development and management of our affiliate program.Position Overview:The Affiliate Specialist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our affiliate program, assisting with partner recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in affiliate marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new affiliate partners, including influencers, bloggers, content creators, and publishers.Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliate partners, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on program participation.Assist in the development of affiliate marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and email templates, to support promotional campaigns.Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and revenue, and provide regular reporting and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing, and incorporate insights into program strategy and execution.Assist in the management of affiliate program logistics, including tracking affiliate commissions, payments, and compliance with program terms and conditions.Support the implementation of affiliate program policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure program adherence to legal and ethical standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related field; experience with affiliate programs a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and support affiliate partners.Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills, able to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize program performance.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and affiliate marketing tools and platforms.Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Experience working in the creator economy, digital media, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
