Key Responsibilities
AI Solutions Development
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and internal tools.
- Build AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent business automation solutions.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using internal company knowledge.
- Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar) into business processes.
Workflow Automation
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using AI and workflow platforms.
- Build end-to-end business automations using APIs and integration platforms.
- Optimize internal workflows to improve efficiency across departments.
AI Integration
- Integrate AI capabilities with:

- Develop secure API integrations between enterprise systems.
AI Agents & Intelligent Systems
- Build autonomous AI agents capable of performing business tasks.
- Develop conversational AI assistants for employees.

- Continuously improve AI performance through testing and optimization.
Data & Knowledge Management
- Design knowledge bases for AI-powered search and document retrieval.
- Build semantic search capabilities using vector databases.

Innovation & Research
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
- Evaluate new AI tools and recommend practical business applications.
- Prototype innovative solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.
Security & Governance
- Ensure AI implementations comply with data privacy and security requirements.
- Establish AI governance standards and responsible AI practices.
- Monitor AI systems for reliability, accuracy, and performance.
Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software engineering or AI development.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience working with REST APIs and cloud platforms.
- Experience deploying AI applications into production environments.
