Adecco is currently recruiting for AI Product Manager for our client who are leading financial services.

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of a Gen AI-based solution for our startup. This solution is designed to assist the CEO of a business enterprise in gaining insights from business data (including ERP and other data), aiding in decision-making, and automating report and graph generation. As we are serving fin-tech industry, we are also interested in AI applications for customer service, cyber security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform Market research to understand the problem clearly.
• Design product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Involve in sprint planning and executing daily scrums.
• Foster a startup-like environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
• Give product status presentations to the client.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of data science principles, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, evaluation metrics, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with common machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, support vector machines (SVM), and neural networks.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, R, and SQL. Additionally, experience with libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras is beneficial.
• Ability to work with large datasets, including data collection, data cleaning, data exploration, and data visualization techniques.
• Understanding of model deployment techniques, including containerization (e.g., Docker), cloud deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), and model serving frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Serving, Flask).
• Understanding of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in applying agile practices to AI product development cycles.
• Depending on the specific domain of the AI product (e.g., healthcare, finance, e-commerce), domain-specific knowledge and expertise are valuable for understanding user needs, industry regulations, and competitive landscapes.
• Business Acumen: Ability to align AI product development with business goals, understand market dynamics, analyze competitors, and make data-driven decisions to drive product success and ROI.
