Job Description
Job Purpose:
Provide effective functional and technical support for BMC Control-M (9.20 Version and above)
application – ensure issues are appropriately documented, tracked, addressed, and resolved in a timely
manner as per Service Level Agreements with strict adherence to the RAKBANK IT & Business
guidelines and compliance requirements. Work closely and communicate effectively with business users
as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolution.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science.
Experience:
At least 3 -5 years of support experience in BMC Control-M administrator and scheduling.
Specialist skills required for the job:
Must have good technical knowledge to maintain, upgrade and patch the Control-M
environment (9.20 Version and above) and suggest recommendation for value addition.
Must have strong experience in Control-M job scheduling.
Experience and understanding of typical software development lifecycles and best practices.
Good Functional knowledge on banking concepts.
Should be well versed in Oracle / SQL Server and shell scripting.
Good interpersonal skills.
