ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
• Inspect and approve materials and workmanship
• Resolve construction conflicts and issues
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other engineers
• Inspecting and approving materials and workmanship
  
• Coordinating with other trades and contractors
• Ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
• Maintaining safety standards

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 Years of Experience in Construction 
• Good experience in enabling and piling works as a consultant or contractor.
• State-licensed and certified civil engineer.
• Proficiency in civil engineering project management software, such as Civil 3D and CAD.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.
• Experience in high-rise building, hospitality and residential

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
