We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Inspector to join our Architectural Supervision Team in the UAE. This role is based in Dubai and involves working on high-profile construction projects, ensuring architectural works are executed to the highest standards.
 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on progress, workmanship, and safety.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and site activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of interior design is a plus.
