Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Director of Front Office who is fluent in German to assist in managing the daily operations of the front desk and ensure exceptional guest service.
Job Responsibility:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/out procedures, guest inquiries, and complaint resolution.
2. Train and supervise front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
3. Handle special guest requests and VIP arrangements.
4. Monitor and maintain front office inventory and supplies.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Fluency in German and English is required.
2. Previous experience in a front office or guest service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong leadership abilities and a customer-centric approach.
5. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office suite.
