Job Description

What's on your plate?


Performance Reporting and Strategic Reviews


  • Create and deliver engaging weekly and monthly presentations to executive teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating complex data


  • Lead performance reviews with Heads of Departments and General Managers, providing status reports and insights on operational efficiency and strategic initiatives


Strategic Analysis and Opportunity Identification


  • Own and track updates on OKRs


  • Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, pinpoint problematic areas through detailed analysis, and develop action plans.


  • Coordinate and manage the execution of strategic initiatives across the region, leveraging insights to drive improvements


Data-Driven Decision Making and Collaboration


  • Generate actionable insights from data analysis, communicating recommendations effectively to senior leadership


  • Work closely with finance for target setting and budget planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis


  • Support local teams in defining strategies and making informed decisions based on robust data analysis


Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing


  • Collaborate with various departments (commercial, operations, logistics, marketing, finance, inventory, product & tech, and others) to execute initiatives in 8 local markets


  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and planning sessions with local teams as needed, ensuring alignment and coherent execution strategies across markets.


People Management


  • Responsible for managing and overseeing the performance of a small team to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of project goals.

Experience


  • Consulting /Performance Management Background: Experience in top-tier consulting firms or a strong background in performance management


  • Analytical and Strategic Background: Minimum 3 years of experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms with a focus on driving comprehensive analysis and developing scalable solutions


  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Tableau and Looker for data extraction and analysis. Knowledge of SQL and expertise in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides, is highly desirable.

  • Advanced Presentation and Storytelling Skills: Exceptional ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations using data storytelling, specifically tailored for senior executives using Google Slides.


  • Project Management Skills: Strong capabilities in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate and timely inclusion of data in reports, and adhering to PMO responsibilities.


  • Interpersonal and Influence Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.


  • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Highly analytical with a structured approach to problem-solving, capable of generating actionable insights and leading initiatives within a dynamic environment


  • Leadership and Accountability: Ability to guide less experienced colleagues, taking accountability for ongoing activities or project components within a broader strategic framework
