As a part of our ongoing efforts to support the Emiratisation initiative Adecco is recruiting for Back End Developer for our client who are a technology solutions provider.
*This job posting is for a permanent placement position based in UAE – Abu Dhabi*
Context
 

• Technical context: Azure Cloud (AKS), Kubernetes, Java (Spring Boot), TypeScript (React), REST, Terraform, GitLab, DevOps, Agile.
• From experience, you have understood that individuals & interactions are more important than individual skills.
• You think that a good code is a code that is easy to maintain, written for others.
• Coming from the Agile and DevOps culture, the Scrum framework is familiar to you, transparency and communication are part of your values.
• You love technology, always ready. e to share your discoveries and experiences with others.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering school, university education, and/or simply significant experience in software development.
• Minimum 2/3 years' experience in development teams.
• Knowledge of Java (Spring boot), REST API, optionally Typescript and React and Git configuration management.
• Master micro-service architecture and associated security practices (Oauth2/OIDC)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes / Helm is desired.
• Knowledge of PUB/SUB, Event Driven and distributed microservice design patterns is desired.
• State-of-the-art knowledge of collaborative development practices (CI/CD, TDD, code reviews, version management, etc.)
