Bilingual Creative Copywriter

We're recruiting copywriters like you to join our roster of linguistic leaders, slang slingers, and pun puppeteers. At Socialize, you will be challenged to channel your creative grit to conceptualize game-changing content & campaigns for our portfolio of humble-bragworthy global brands. We're looking for tough-as-nails creative leaders with a soft spot for powerful storytelling; creatives that are no stranger to imaginative & inspired ideation, that can translate and articulate brand messages in a way that speaks to the minds and hearts of real social audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept and ideate to turn ideas into live campaigns through collaborations with our designers, art directors, and copy teams
  
• Adapt English copy to different Arabic dialects in line with brand guidelines.
• Exercise full command of the craft of digital copywriting; ability to develop compelling, fresh, snappy, engaging, and well-structured taglines, body copy, taglines, and calls to action.
• Work with account managers and planners to ensure creative concepts, tactics, and copy tone are on brand and strategically sound.
• Act as a guide to the community management/account executive teams on short-form storytelling.
• Develop and distribute digital creative best practices/trends amongst the agency.
• Deliver and encourage award-winning work that crafts a dramatic change – through ideas, creativity, and the use of interactive media.

Essential Skills:

• The ability to stay constantly attuned to evolving digital trends,
• A love of translation with a creative touch,
• Experience in Social Media copy best practice 
  
• Effective, articulate (and slightly intimidating) communication skills in English and Arabic
  
• Highly adaptive/have a real passion for digital media marketing & changing technology in the dynamic industry.
• Experience in writing and conversing using different Arabic dialects used across the GCC, especially those in KSA.
