Salary- 15000-20000 AED

Nationality- Indian

Years of Experience- 8+ years

Must have 5+ years of experience in managerial role

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and transportation modes.
• Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and other relevant tools.
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and delivering high-quality service.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and work under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified International Freight Forwarder) would be an advantage.
