Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the local market.
  2. Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  9. Attend industry events, networking events, and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
  10. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  2. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  6. Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  9. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
