Business Development Manager - Automobile

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our team in the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will be based in Dubai and will frequently travel to Abu Dhabi. A valid driving license is required. The role demands a strategic thinker who can manage and grow relationships with European clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key European clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Operational Management:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of business activities in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Manage resources effectively, including personnel and budget.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure all business activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on business management and client relations.
• Proven experience in managing European clients and understanding their business culture and requirements.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
