Business Manager - Office Furniture

Scope:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to drive the overall vision, mission, and strategy of the business unit. Develop and implement plans that enhance operational efficiency and profitability, aligning with ESAG's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with OFIS's strategic direction. Monitor the unit's operational performance, meticulously tracking profit and loss metrics.
• Review and approve business unit plans and budgets, ensuring they are both ambitious and realistic while aligning closely with anticipated business expansion.
• Formulate a robust business strategy, securing approval and executing it effectively to drive continuous performance improvement and sustainable growth.
• Ensure the achievement of business plans, meeting revenue, profitability, and other predefined targets consistently.
• Implement stringent systems and guidelines to manage credit effectively, minimizing finance costs and provisions for bad debt.
• Uphold OFIS's reputation for excellence by delivering high-quality products and services that exceed customer expectations.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring that all key personnel possess the requisite knowledge, skills, and motivation to overcome business challenges.
• Efficiently manage all necessary resources and assets to support OFIS's operational needs.
• Cultivate and nurture close relationships with key stakeholders in the market to shape and influence business objectives effectively.
